Hives

We provide free, impartial, confidential and non-judgemental support for anyone to attend on their own, or accompanied if preferred on initial visits. Our staff and volunteer support workers are there to listen, support, guide, advocate where needed, signpost where appropriate and use their knowledge and skills to support you as best they can, including coping strategies for the future.

Textline

By using a text option, as opposed to a phone call, anonymity is assured.  Research indicates that 1 in 4 people will hang up when they use a phone line, nerves take over and sometimes it can be difficult to get the words out. Using text a moment can be paused, words can be deleted and time taken to put into words how you are feeling.  Text also removes the awkwardness sometimes found in talking on the phone with a total stranger.

Groups

We get it – the thought of opening up to a professional can be an overwhelming step to take, so why would you want to share your worries and fears with a group of strangers?
The answer is simple – we’re all in this together!
Although our problems might not always be the same shape or size, we all know what it’s like to experience feelings of anxiety.
